Estimated Delivery: 14–18 business days

Picture pendants require additional time due to the customization process. After your image is reviewed and finalized, production begins. Delivery typically takes 14–18 business days from the date of order. Tracking will be sent once the pendant ships.

Custom Pieces

Estimated Delivery: 3–4 weeks

Custom pieces are fully made to order and crafted specifically to your design. Because of the detailed process, production and delivery take approximately 3–4 weeks. You’ll receive updates along the way, and tracking information once your custom piece is shipped.
